Fourth Sunday after Epiphany

The Epiphanytide readings continue with the revelation of Jesus' divine authority through his miracle working power over evil spirits. The authority of Jesus' teaching was remarked upon by his contemporaries who were most impressed that his words were backed up by effective actions.
